Vlad The Whip
Pure energy exudes from The Whip as he thrashes his braided hair about on the stage. As this energy and aggression fed The Inhaler when The Inhaler was first gaining strength, it also helped to earn The Whip his name. This and also the fact that The Inhaler has used The Whip on many an occasion to viciously whip his foes into submission with his great powers.
